Welcome to Your 12-Week 1:1 Guided Healing Program
Congratulations on saying yes to yourself and stepping into this life-changing journey. Over the next 12 weeks, you’ll be fully supported as we work together to address trauma, anxiety, and emotional patterns in a safe, creative, and structured way. This program is designed to bring relief, clarity, and lasting transformation by working with both your mind and your body.
This 12 week healing and transformational course is structured for progression and results. Because of this, we unfortunately can not deviate away. You will see results you've never thought possible.
What’s Included
Weekly 1:1 Sessions (90-120 minutes) – Personalized guidance using trauma-informed coaching, neuroscience, and creative expression.

Our Four Phases:
Phase One: Grounding & Protection (Safety) (weeks 1-3)
Healing begins with safety. In this phase, you’ll learn to ground your body, calm your nervous system, and create strong boundaries. Together, we’ll build practices that restore stability, protection, and inner peace so you feel secure moving into deeper work.

Phase Two: Reveal & Release (weeks 4-6)
Once safety is established, we begin to gently uncover the patterns, beliefs, and stored emotions that keep you stuck. Through guided NeuroSomatic Art and somatic practices, you’ll learn to process and release trauma in a way that feels empowering — not overwhelming.

Phase Three: Rewire & Rebuild (weeks 7-9)
With space cleared, it’s time to rewire your nervous system and rebuild from a place of strength. This phase helps you create new patterns that support resilience, joy, and emotional regulation. You’ll practice tools that strengthen your mind-body connection and shift you out of survival mode into growth and renewal.

Materials Needed:
Working camera on tablet, phone, or computer so I can watch you draw. Some people use their computer and phones. We use Zoom for sessions. You can join with two separate devices.
White small and large sketch book or copy paper
Black fine, medium, and large sharpies, or acid free black markers. You will also need a couple colored ones too
Pen
Colored Pencils
Water or your favorite non-alcoholic beverage
