In society today, we spend a lot of time on social media where the influences are most likely not a healthy role model. Our music, our friends, our tv shows or movies, all play a HUGE role in the way our brains think. If we are constantly around negativity, chances are, your mindset will be negative. Then your thoughts will be too. Sometimes, we need an outlet to transform those thought processes. That's what Neuro-Somatic Art does.
In this workshop, we will work on releasing those negative patterns and changing the mindset. Although we will only meet one time, this is an algorithm that should be drawn daily over the next 6 weeks. By doing so will continue to repair and rewire the changes in the subconscious.

white cardstock or computer paper
fine, medium and big black sharpies ( I use Artist Loft or Pitt Pens)
gel pen
colored pencils
