Beautiful Flawed Warrior was created from a simple truth: our wounds may become part of our story, but they don't have to write the ending.
We exist to create a place where women can feel seen, understood, and supported as they move beyond survival and begin reconnecting with themselves.
THE HEART BEHIND BEAUTIFUL FLAWED WARRIOR
Beautiful doesn't mean perfect.
Warrior doesn't mean unbroken.
You don't have to become someone new.
You get to reclaim who you were always meant to be.
Who We Are
Beautiful Flawed Warrior is a trauma-informed space created for women who are ready to move beyond simply surviving and begin discovering what healing can feel like.
We recognize that trauma can affect more than our thoughts. It can influence how we feel in our bodies, how we respond to stress, how we connect with others, and even how we see ourselves.
That's why our approach goes beyond one single method. Through therapeutic art, trauma-informed coaching, breathwork, somatic practices, nervous system education, workshops, and healing experiences, we provide practical ways for women to build awareness, develop tools, reconnect with themselves, and move forward at their own pace.

MORE THAN A NAME. IT'S A PLACE TO BELONG.

ONE HEART • MANY PATHWAYS • ONE PURPOSE
Join Us on the Healing Journey
A world where surviving isn't the end of the story.
We envision women understanding themselves with greater compassion, feeling more connected to their bodies and voices, and having access to tools that help them move forward with confidence and hope.
A world where women don't have to hide the parts of themselves that have been hurt in order to belong.

To help women move beyond survival and reconnect with themselves through compassionate, trauma-informed support.
Beautiful Flawed Warrior provides practical tools and experiences that support self-awareness, emotional expression, nervous system regulation, connection, and personal growth.
Through coaching, therapeutic art, somatic practices, education, and community, we meet women where they are—without judgment, pressure, or expectation to heal on someone else's timeline.

MORE THAN THREE WORDS
Because you're still here..
THREE WORDS. ONE STORY.
Beautiful. Flawed. Warrior.

FLAWED
BEAUTIFUL
warrior
A truth I've carried for years
A warrior isn't someone who was never wounded. She's someone who kept going, kept learning, kept growing—and eventually discovered she deserved more than survival.
Not because life has been perfect
Beauty can exist alongside scars, hard seasons, mistakes, and everything we've had to overcome.
You don't have to erase your story to see the beauty in who you are becoming.
Because none of us were created to be perfect.
We are human. We have messy parts, tender places, things we're still learning, and pieces we're still healing.
Being a work in progress doesn't make you less worthy.

THE WOMAN BEHIND THE WARRIOR
Meet Gina

Lived experience. Professional training.
A passion for helping others understand themselves.
Before I ever helped someone understand their trauma, I had to begin understanding my own.
My work wasn't born from a textbook alone. It grew from lived experience, years of learning, professional training, and my own journey of discovering what happens when survival becomes the way your mind and body learn to navigate the world.
That journey changed the way I saw healing—and eventually changed the direction of my life.
Today, I bring together trauma-informed coaching, therapeutic art, nervous system education, breathwork, somatic practices, and creative expression to help women better understand what is happening within them and discover practical ways to move forward.
I don't believe healing requires you to erase your past or become an entirely different person.
I believe healing gives you the opportunity to finally meet the person who has been underneath survival all along.

I don't stand on the other side of healing calling you forward.
I'm walking this road, too.
MORE THAN ONE PATH TO HEALING
Healing is personal.
UNDERSTAND
What's happening within you
Learn how trauma, emotions, thoughts, and nervous-system patterns can influence the way you feel and respond.
REGULATE
Reconnect with your body
Use breathwork, grounding, somatic practices, and nervous-system tools to build greater awareness and regulation.
EXPRESS
When words aren't enough
Therapeutic art and creative practices offer another way to explore emotions, patterns, and experiences.
RECLAIM
Move beyond survival
Build self-awareness, confidence, boundaries, connection, and practical tools that support the life you're creating.
We begin by understanding what happened, what your mind and body learned—and what you need now.
UNDERSTAND • REGULATE • EXPRESS • RECLAIM
We don't ask, "What's wrong with you?"
WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE
healing alone.
You don't have to figure out
Whether you're looking for a place to begin, a creative way to explore what you're carrying, or an experience where you can feel understood—there's a place for you here.
