WORK WITH ME
Maybe you just know
You don't need to have the right words, know which approach you need, or have your healing journey figured out.
Start with where you are. We'll explore the rest together.
You don't have to know where to begin.
Find the path that feels right for you.
THERE'S MORE THAN ONE WAY FORWARD
something needs to change.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
This isn't about fixing you.
You set the pace. I'll meet you there.

YOU'LL BE HEARD
WE'LL GET CURIOUS
YOU'LL LEAVE WITH TOOLS
WORK WITH THE MIND AND BODY
Not just insight. Practical strategies you can begin using outside our time together.
You won't be asked to relive every painful detail of your past in order to begin understanding what it's still affecting today.
Instead of asking what's “wrong,” we'll explore what your responses may be communicating.
Depending on your needs, our work may incorporate coaching, nervous-system education, breathwork, somatic practices, and therapeutic art.
No judgment. No pressure to explain your experiences perfectly. We listen. We know. We Understand.
It's about understanding you.

When Words Aren't Enough, There Are Other Ways to Heal..
Art of Transformation provides non-clinical therapeutic art + nervous-system based experiences for adults and adolescents navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, and life experiences that can be difficult to put into words.
No artistic ability required.
WHEN IT’S HARD TO PUT INTO WORDS
You Don’t Have to Know What to Say.
You may know something feels off without knowing how to explain it.
Maybe your mind won’t slow down. Your body stays tense or on alert. You shut down, overthink, feel emotionally overwhelmed, or find yourself reacting in ways you don’t fully understand.
Sometimes there simply aren’t words for what we’ve experienced—or for what we’re feeling now.
That’s where another kind of expression can begin.
Through guided therapeutic art, color, lines, shapes, reflection, body awareness, and nervous-system-informed practices, we create space to notice, express, explore, and understand what may be happening beneath the surface.
You don't need to be an artist.
You don't need to tell your whole story.
And you don't need to know exactly where to begin.
You can simply begin where you are.
WHAT MAY BE SHOWING UP FOR YOU
Sometimes the Struggle Has Many Names.
You may come here because of anxiety. Or overwhelm. Or grief. Or because you feel disconnected from yourself and don’t know why.
You may notice patterns in your body, thoughts, emotions, or relationships that keep repeating—even when you understand them logically.
Our work can support exploration around experiences such as:
You don’t need a perfect label for what you’re experiencing.
You can start with what you notice.
for your mind and body to experience safety, connection, possibility, and hope.
Healing Beyond Words
Understanding Why Isn't Always Enough.
Many people understand why they struggle. They know what happened. They recognize their patterns. They may have even spent years talking about their experiences.
And yet, their mind and body can still respond as if they need to protect them.
ReclaYm® Therapeutic Art offers another way to explore what words alone may not reach.
Through intentional creative exercises, body awareness, nervous-system-informed practices, and reflection, participants are given opportunities to notice their responses, express what may be difficult to verbalize, and practice new ways of responding.
No artistic ability is required.
This isn't about creating perfect artwork. It's about using the creative process as a tool for awareness, expression, regulation, and growth.
Healing Isn't Only About Understanding Your Story. It's about discovering new ways

Come be CHANGED. Come be TRANSFORMED. Through the power of art, science and YOU.
What Is Reclaym Art
You’ve done the talk therapy. You’ve read the books. But your body still holds the story.
ReclaYm™ is a trauma-informed, mind–body approach that integrates creative expression, neuroscience, and coaching to support deep, embodied healing. It works from the body up — restoring felt safety, regulating the nervous system, and gently reshaping emotional patterns held in the subconscious.
Through ReclaYm Art™, neurobiological processes are engaged as the brain responds to sensory input, movement, and emotional awareness. These experiences influence neurotransmitter activity and support neuroplasticity — the brain’s ability to form new connections and neurogenesis - the brain's ability to create new neural connections — which can shift long-standing mental health patterns, emotional blocks, and limiting beliefs.
Rather than forcing the mind to “think differently,” this approach guides the body to feel safe, supported, and regulated. Each intentional line, shape, and movement becomes part of a new experience of safety — signaling the brain that it can soften, trust, and adapt.
As the body calms, the brain naturally updates. This is why embodied approaches create lasting transformation — they don’t just change what you think; they change what you feel to be true. Real change happens not through willpower alone, but through the ongoing conversation between the body, the brain, and the creative process.
Just one drawing can do what 5 years of talk therapy couldn't. And we have seen it. Again and again.
Healing doesn’t begin in the mind — it begins in the body.
ReclaYm™ Benefits:
Supports emotional expression when words feel hard to access
Regulates the nervous system by engaging the body and senses
Reduces stress and anxiety through rhythmic, focused movement
Improves self-awareness and emotional processing
Creates a sense of safety and control, especially for trauma survivors
This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about coming home to yourself.

“Think of your art session as planting a seed. Integration is the sunlight and water that helps that seed grow roots and blossom into lasting transformation. Without it, the experience can stay surface-level—but with integration, your nervous system learns, heals, and carries the change into your everyday life.”
Powerful Words of Integration

How ReclaYm Art Supports Repairing Neural Pathways
ReclaYm Art™ works by engaging the nervous system, body, and brain at the same time. Instead of relying only on talking or cognitive insight, it uses intentional creative movement, sensory input, and somatic awareness to communicate directly with the parts of the brain involved in survival, emotion, and memory.
Trauma, anxiety, and chronic stress shape neural pathways that prioritize protection over safety. These pathways become reinforced through repetition, keeping the nervous system stuck in fight, flight, freeze, or shutdown. NeuroSomatic Art interrupts these patterns by creating new, regulated experiences in the body.
Through guided line work, color, rhythm, and mindful attention to sensation, the nervous system receives signals of safety, choice, and control. When the body experiences safety in the present moment, the brain becomes more flexible and open to change — a state known as neuroplasticity.
In this regulated state:
Old survival-based neural pathways lose strength
New pathways associated with safety, regulation, and emotional balance are formed
The brain updates outdated threat responses
Emotional patterns stored in the subconscious can release without overwhelm
This process doesn’t force change — it allows the nervous system to relearn safety. Over time, repeated regulated experiences strengthen new neural connections, supporting lasting emotional regulation, resilience, and a felt sense of calm.
WHO WILL BENEFIT

Therapeutic Art for Mental Health and Trauma
TWO IMPORTANT QUESTIONS
I've tried various practices before with limited results. How can I be confident that this one will work for me?
Many people come to ReclaYm™ work after trying other approaches with limited results. What makes this different is that it works with the nervous system and body, where anxiety and trauma are often held, rather than relying on insight or willpower alone. By restoring a sense of safety first and moving at your pace, ReclaYm™ creates the conditions for lasting change. While no approach works for everyone, many find this effective because it reaches beneath the thinking mind where other methods can’t.
ReclaYm Art gently bypasses the thinking mind, allowing the body and nervous system to process what words and logic can’t.
If you stay consistent with the guidance and frameworks of ReclaYm Art, the results will come — in their own timing and in the way your nervous system is ready for. Sometimes, new neural pathways begin forming after just a few drawings. Other times, it may take a dozen or more. It all depends on the strength of your old patterns and the magnitude of the dream you’re growing into.
ReclaYm Art Method is not magic; it's science. Keep drawing in and out of session, and you will undoubtedly see results.
Why drawing works, even if you don't believe it yet
It’s true — at first glance, it might seem impossible that a simple drawing could make any real difference. But what we’re doing with ReclaYm Art isn’t just drawing — it’s engaging the nervous system and brain through movement, pattern, and awareness.
When you draw slowly, with intention, and connect your emotions to your lines, you’re activating multiple regions of the brain at once:
The motor cortex (movement),
The limbic system (emotion and memory), and
The prefrontal cortex (meaning-making and insight).
This combination helps your brain form new neural connections — literally rewiring pathways that were built in survival mode.
It’s not about creating art that’s “beautiful.” It’s about giving your brain and body a new experience of safety, flow, and self-expression.
And that experience — repeated over time — is what begins to shift how you feel, respond, and relate to yourself.
So, while a single drawing may not change everything, each drawing is like a small neural bridge — and over time, those bridges become pathways toward regulation, confidence, and peace.
